    Role: Business Development Manager- Technical Services

    Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

    About the Business:

    Technical Services

    Electrical systems need to be safe and reliable to ensure critical processes in industries, run without interruptions.

    Yet, they invariably experience outages due to tripping and equipment failures. Proper design, periodic health analysis of equipment, study of the interplay between various equipment in the system under varied operating conditions are necessary & essential to ensure safe and reliable system operation.

    We deliver all services related to the electrical system to proactively ensure system reliability, find the root cause and suggest corrective action.

    Your Profile:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering background, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage
    • Proven professional experience in Electrical products/ technical sales.
    • Ability to drive and travel extensively around the region and outside the base location upon the business requirements.
    • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and work cohesively with the stakeholders to maximize output.
    • Good oral & written communication in English, good oral communication in Hindi & Regional Language are essential. .
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills, good organization skills, problem solving and analytical skill.
    • The ideal candidate should be a proven performer who has delivered the result consistently.

    Your Role:

    • Building business relationships and proactively supporting partners, Internal team & customers.
    • Achieving the designated sales targets within your assigned territory.
    • Responsible for engaging with current clientele, prospecting for new leads, and delivering presentations showcasing the company's diverse technical services offerings.
    • Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers
    • Preparing and executing business plans and bids, identifying and developing new market opportunities in the assigned geographical area and segments
    • Collaborate effectively with estimation, Marketing, and execution teams to fulfill customer needs as a cross-functional team player.
    • Gather market trends and competitive landscape in your region to provide input to the strategic planning process.
    • Generating demand for JEF's Technical Services through a constant and tailored approach towards Petrochemical, Power ,Oil & Gas Utilities, Consultant's, EPC Firms, Process Industries and Engineering Studies & Consultancy.
    • Conduct site or field visits and communicate with new and potential customers through phone calls.
    • Developing the business by identifying qualified opportunities and converting them into sustainable business
