    Description

    Job Title: Sr. Test Engineer - Manual Testing

    We are seeking Manual Testing Professionals in the following areas:

    Position Overview: The IT Software Quality Assurance Engineer ensures that Insulet's digital products meet high quality standards including reliability, usability, and performance. They lead quality initiatives within project teams, track key metrics, and ensure satisfactory manual test coverage.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with product and software teams to define, develop, and execute test plans
    • Coordinate SQA efforts for functional testing of platforms like Salesforce and WebCMS
    • Document test scenarios derived from business requirements
    • Execute test plans to ensure system components meet defined requirements
    • Identify and implement automation frameworks for web and mobile apps
    • Assist in managing vendor relationships and create quality reports
    • Lead in implementing testing standards and practices

    Education and Experience: Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
    • 5+ years of manual and Agile testing experience
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning ecosystems
    • Strong understanding of Agile software delivery methodologies
    Preferred Skills and Competencies:
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Experience with Test Management tools like JIRA, ALM, Helix
    • Knowledge of mobile and front-end architectures, coding languages like JAVA, Python
    • Ability to work independently on complex projects
    • Experience in medical device or life sciences industry
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with global teams
