    Description

    Media specialist

    Passionate about reaching and engaging talent across the globe?

    The scope of this role is to ensure the smooth day to day running of RSR's global media function. Providing and coordinating full lifecycle media channel management from procurement through implementation to technical support.

    Key Responsibilities

    Coordinating all requests for LinkedIn inventory globally via Freshdesk ticketing system

    Liaising with media vendors for help, escalating technical issues and advising users

    Gathering cost information from suppliers through liaising with internal ops and external suppliers

    Analyzing usage data, evaluating effectiveness and reporting back to Ops teams

    Administrating, tracking invoices and purchases for recruitment media inventory

    Reporting and budget management, including preparing costings for account teams and producing spending updates throughout the campaign or budget year

    Answering media channel related questions - what is available, what is not, what is the process, what is the current inventory, etc...

    Off-Boarding colleagues - canceling or re-allocating licenses / assigning / re-assigning licenses/accesses via ticket system

    Typical outcomes, services and products

    Licenses allocation

    Monthly media usage reports to key stakeholders

    Track and record the Vendor invoices

    Maintaining list of license holders

    Coordinating internally to maximize product utilization

    Support service for Client teams for any other media requests through the helpdesk

    Key Expertise

    Experience of working within the recruitment industry is desirable but not essential

    Hands on experience of using LinkedIn or other recruitment media vendors would be highly beneficial

    Strong attention to detail

    Takes accountability for deliverables

    Excellent documentation and data management, particularly in use of MS Excel and/or GoogleSheets

    Experience in a customer/client facing role

    Highly proactive and excellent presentation & multitasking skills

    Excellent command of English language and communication skills

    Qualifications

    5+ experience

    University (Bachelor's) degree and/or relevant certifications and experiences
