    About the Job: We are searching for a Claim processing and wants to make a real impact on the DPO.

    Responsibilities include:​

    • Strong operational, customer relationship & people management skill with experience of handling delivery of projects with minimum of 150 employees.
    • Experience in US Healthcare Payor operation.
    • Working & Team handling Experience in claim adjudication/ Payment integrity/Enrollment
    • 10-12 years of experience in managing teams and minimum of overall delivery SLA management.
    • Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment with a sense of urgency, and to develop and deploy changes positively
    • Demonstrated analysis and problem solving abilities
    • This role will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and strategizing.
    • The ability to multitask and self-manage workday is crucial
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; team oriented and strong consensus building ​
