    Description

    Overview:

    The SoftwareSales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth forour organization by selling our cuttingedge software solutions topotential clients. This position is vital to our companys successas it directly impacts our sales targets and market expansionefforts.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Identify and pursuenew sales opportunities within the softwaremarket
    • Collaborate with the sales team todevelop effective strategies for selling softwareproducts
    • Build and maintain strong longlastingcustomer relationships
    • Present promote and sellsoftware products using solid arguments to existing and prospectivecustomers
    • Conduct product demonstrations topotential clients showcasing the value and benefits of our softwaresolutions
    • Prepare and deliver appropriatepresentations on softwareproducts
    • Negotiate/close deals and handlecomplaints or objections
    • Stay current withindustry trends competitive landscape and marketinformation
    • Attend industry events andconferences to generate new businessleads
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts tomeet and exceed sales targets
    • Collaborate withthe marketing team to implement lead generationstrategies
    • Provide trustworthy feedback andaftersales support
    • Conduct customersatisfaction surveys
    • Maintain a strongunderstanding of the companys products andservices
    • Contribute to the development of salesstrategies and marketingcampaigns

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Computer Science or a relatedfield
    • Proven work experience as a SoftwareSales Executive or a similar salesrole
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting andexceeding sales targets
    • Strong knowledge of CRMsoftware and MS Office
    • Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills
    • Ability todeliver engaging presentations to potentialclients
    • Proven ability to manage multipleprojects at a time while paying strict attention todetail
    • Understanding of sales performancemetrics
    • Ability to work independently and aspart of a team
    • Experience in customer serviceand postsales support
    • Strong problemsolving andanalytical abilities
    • Proven ability to drivethe sales process from plan toclose
    • Willingness to travel for client meetingsand industry events as needed
    • Positive andenthusiastic attitude towards work and the ability to thrive in afastpaced environment
    • Availability to workflexible hours and handle pressureeffectively
