    Description

    JOB OVERVIEW:

    The Ecommerce Integration Analyst will be required to work with multiple brand managers and ecommerce managers to provide integration support for our ecommerce sites. This position will help provide technical expertise in both ecommerce and SAP backend systems integration.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Work closely with eCommerce teams globally

    Basic understanding of ecommerce systems and data

    Basic understanding of SAP sales data Sales orders/Deliveries

    Basic understanding of SAP master data Customers and Materials

    Basic understanding of SAP IDOCs to support master data and sales requirements

    Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving integration questions, issues and other requests

    Work closely with Hybris development team, Quality assurance teams, third party Integration vendors and Infrastructure/security team

    Proactively monitoring and resolving broken integrations

    Writing and updating internal and external training materials on integrations

    Writing and updating knowledge base articles related to integrations

    Review project tasks and provide accurate estimates for completion of tasks

    TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

    Able to work with business analysts and development team under general supervision

    Working knowledge of SAP and Interfaces between SAP backend system and front-end ecommerce system like Hybris

    Basic understanding of ecommerce systems and data including testing

    Basic understanding of SAP sales data Sales orders/Deliveries

    Basic understanding of SAP master data Customers and Materials

    Basic understanding of SAP IDOCs to support master data and sales requirements

    Strong conceptual reasoning skills and discretionary judgment

    Strong problem solving skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies, applications and technical concepts

    Strong project management and facilitation skills

    Strong communication skills, oral and written


    - Highly organized, process driven and able to manage multiple projects at the same time

    Able to work extended or non-standard hours to support business needs to ensure better experience for the consumer

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    Minimum 4 years experience working on ecommerce sites in a team environment

    Minimum 4 years experience working on SAP backend systems

    Experience in any of the ecommerce platforms like Hybris, Magento, Demandware. Hybris is a Plus

    Bachelors degree in computer science or related area, or equivalent additional work experience required

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable):

    Work is performed in a designated professional office workstation and environment

    Extensive use of office equipment to include computer, calculator, copier, fax, and other business related machines and software
