    We are seeking anexperienced Client Success Manager / Key account Manager forcompany dealing in IT Solutions and Advertising. As a Key AccountManager you will be responsible for building and maintaining strongrelationships with our key clients ensuring their advertising needsare met and exceeded. You will collaborate with internal teams todevelop and execute effective strategies drive revenue growth andcontribute to the overallsuccess.

    Responsibilities:

    • Acquirea thorough understanding of key customer needs andrequirements
    • Expand the relationships withexisting customers by continuously proposing solutions that meettheir objectives
    • Ensure the correct productsoffer and services are delivered to customers in a timelymanner
    • Ensure on achieving business from KeyAccounts from his area /segments and Achieving theirTarget
    • Lead generation for all related productsand services as per KRAKPI
    • Support to othermanagers for joint account working and team for group targetachievement
    • Develop trust relationships with aportfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn tocompetition
    • Play an integral part in generatingnew sales that will turn into longlastingrelationships
    • Prepare regular reports ofprogress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders usingkey account metrics
    • Develop trust relationshipswith a portfolio of major clients
    • Maintainrelationships with mainclients

    Requirements:

    • GraduateBBA or MBA with 34 years of experience in similarrole
    • Advertisement sales space sales experienceis preferred
    • Strong Analytical andProblemsolving skills.
    • Good computer knowledgeMS word Excel PPT.
    • Planning and organizationalskills.
    • Exceptional customer serviceskills.
    • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize taskseffectively.
    • Effective Communication skills inEnglish Hindi Marathi and interpersonalskills
    • Handling sales data analytics LeadGeneration.
    • Willingness to travel extensivelyin field.
