    • Primaryskill :Network Engineering (networking certification must)
    • JobDescription:Utilizeindustry/domain experience to deliver business value to clients.Implement and stabilize client network processes maximize clientoperations or uncover opportunities to reduce costs increaserevenue improve customer satisfaction and optimize businessprocesses. Develop Industry expertise or standard networkframeworks (e.g. eTOM) to improve client business functions likenetwork planning and operations order management provisioning testand install and service assuranceetc

    Candidate should have, 1.GoodCommunication skills 2.Take calls Over Phone which involves workingin different time zones 3.Take calls from Global clients andinitiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.4.Flexible to work in shifts. 5.Excellent English - both verbal andwritten communication skills 6.Knowledge of customer serviceprinciples and practices 7.Good technical knowledge Qualification:Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate Experience: Minimum 1 yearBPO experience up to 5 Years Opening for International VoiceProcess for our renounced client in Navi Mumbai location. WorkTiming - UK Shift (would include rotational shifts between 12pm to12am) Mode - Only Work From Office Job Location - Vikhroli inMumbai (Candidates applying should be staying within 30kms & drop facility would be available) Nature -Contract to Hire (While this is a Contract 2 Hire role, thepossibility of On-boarding on Client payroll may happen in case ofexceptional performance and a business need at our Clients end)Requirements Eligibility - Excellent English Communication is must.Vikhroli in Mumbai (Candidates applying should be staying within30kms from & drop facility would beavailable) Benefits P.F + E.S.I + Others.
