    Job Title: Quality Analyst - Inside Sales

    Location: Bangalore & Noida

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Analyst to join our team and oversee the quality assurance process for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in call monitoring, preferably in the edutech industry. Fluency in Hindi is a must, along with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of sales processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and evaluate sales calls made by our sales team to ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
    • Identify areas for improvement in sales techniques, product knowledge, and learner interactions.
    • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives to help them improve their performance.
    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in call monitoring.
    • Collaborate with sales managers and team leaders to address performance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Analyze call data and performance metrics to identify trends and patterns and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service to continuously improve our processes and strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Any Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in call monitoring or quality assurance, preferably in the ed-tech industry.
    • Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in Hindi.
    • Proven ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
    • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and other relevant software applications.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Freshers are also welcomed.
