    Summary of Role

    Responsibilities include:

    • Utilize analytics techniques to assess the potential impact of product updates and promotional activities on player engagement and monetization.
    • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and formulate hypotheses to guide analysis.
    • Dive deep into data to uncover meaningful patterns and trends that shed light on player preferences, behaviors, and pain points.
    • Translate raw data into actionable insights and recommendations, leveraging statistical methods and data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.
    • Develop clear project plans and roadmaps based on identified insights, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects that align with strategic objectives and ensure timely execution.

    This includes-

    1. Partnering closely with the Product team to integrate data-driven insights into product development cycles, contributing to feature prioritization and iteration.
    2. Working alongside the Technology team to implement tracking mechanisms and analytics infrastructure, ensuring accurate measurement and evaluation of project outcomes.
    3. Collaborating with the Data Science team to harness machine learning capabilities for generating actionable insights and achieving strategic business objectives within the Marketing Analytics department.

    Minimum Job Qualifications:

    • At least 2 years of experience in analytics.
    • Degree in Engineering/Statistics from a premier institute (IITs/NITs/BITS etc.)
    • Good SQL and Tableau skills - Ability to use queries on database and make data dashboards on Tableau.
    • Good understanding of statistics, probability, segmentation techniques.
    • Exceptional logical and analytical skills.
    • Good written and oral communication skills
    • Working knowledge of python & comfort on Data Intelligence platforms ( like Databricks ) would be an advantage.
