    Job Title:Growth MarketingSpecialist

    Responsibilities:
    CustomerAcquisition Using Digital Platforms To attract new customersthrough various digital channels such as social media searchengines display advertising email marketing content marketingetc Collaborate with external agencies tocreate compelling campaigns targeting specificaudiences. Utilize analytics tools tomonitor the performance of campaigns and optimize them for maximumeffectiveness and return on investment(ROI).
    Customer Retention Develop strategies toenhance customer loyalty and reduce churn rates throughpersonalized communication loyalty programs and targetedoffers. Implement customer feedbackmechanisms to understand pain points and address them effectivelythereby improving overall customer satisfaction andretention. Work closely with operationsteams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve issuespromptly.
    Upselling Identify opportunities toupsell and crosssell additional products or services to existingcustomers through targeted marketing campaigns andpromotions. Analyze customer purchasebehavior and preferences to recommend relevant products or bundlesthat align with their needs and interests.

    Collaborate with other teams to develop upselling and crosssellingstrategies that drive incremental revenuegrowth.
    Studying Market Trends Conduct thorough competitiveanalysis to understand market dynamics identify key competitors andevaluate their marketing strategies andtactics.

    Monitor competitor activities andperformance metrics to identify strengths weaknesses opportunitiesand threats (SWOT) that can inform our own marketingstrategy.
    Customer Insights andData Analysis To extractactionable insights from customer dataGenerate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators(KPIs) related to customer acquisition retention upselling andcrossselling and use insights to drive decisionmaking andoptimization.


    Qualifications:MBA with relevant experience in Growth marketing/customeracquisition / retention of 3 years Abilityto think strategically and analytically leveraging data andinsights to develop actionable plans and drive businessgrowth. Demonstrated initiative andaccountability in driving projects forward with minimalsupervision. Proficiency in formulatinghypotheses conducting experiments and iterating strategies based onfeedback and results. Strong interpersonaland communication skills ability to collaborateeffectively. Ability to adapt quickly tochanging market dynamics and challenges maintainingfocus
