    What you willdo forSectona

    TheSolution Engineering Team is involved in all stages of the customers development lifecycle.You will beengaged in firsthand customer interactions to resolve customerissues. If you have technical depth and desire to work in dynamicand high growth environment this role is for you.

    Asa Solution Architect you will collaborate with other internaltechnology teams customers and channel partners to build salespresentations product demonstrations execute Proof of Concepts toeducate on the best ways to manage Privilege Identity in anenterprise IT setup. We are looking for anexperienced enthusiastic and handson leader who can rapidly learnSectona s Security Platform and the value proposition that we bringto our customers of all sizes. You will lead multiple concurrentcustomer development projects with the number one goal to ensurelongterm customer success and will be responsible for continuousimprovement of delivery process and methods. You will work directlywith our sales team and channel partners to understand the needs ofour customers strategize on how to navigate sales cycles providevaluebased demonstrations support POCs and closebusiness.

    • Partnerwith sales leadership to identify and execute strategies that willscale quickly and meet business goals thereby ensuring successfulexecution of outcomes focusedstrategy.
    • Collaboratewith the sales team on existing customer upsell and crosssellopportunities.
    • Involvedin all stages of the customer s development lifecycle and usingpresentations email phone and social media to connect withcustomers.
    • Buildingsales presentations product demonstrations and educate customersand partners on the best ways to secure and support their PrivilegeIdentityjourney.
    • Providewellthought out and reliable direction both in technical andnontechnical terms to help customers integrate deploy and maintainthe Sectonaproducts.
    • Meetor exceed customer expectations on response quality timeliness ofresponses and overall customerexperience.
    • Createprocess or troubleshooting documentation in the support knowledgebase.
    • Developand maintain detailed project plans including dependencies; trackand keep projects on schedule manage deadlines take a handson andproactive approach to unblock progress introduce efficiencies andprovidesolutions.
    • Assumeoverall customer adoption responsibility and escalation managementrole.
    • Structurekickoff and run continuous and timebound security and complianceprojects within and beyond organization by clarifying prioritiesenabling the execution of deliverables and providing continuoustransparency.
    • Partnerwith a broad set of stakeholders to drive initiatives that meetbusiness and technology objectives enabling Sectona to scale andoptimize.
    • Anticipateand mitigate risks by having close involvement with the teams goalsand challenges applying past experience and keeping in mind the bigpicture.
    • Buildand maintain the alignment across multiple teams to keep a focus onexecution continuous improvement and operationalexcellence.
    • Facilitateeffective teamwork communication collaboration and commitmentacross the organization with many competingpriorities.
    • Improvethe productivity of the entire team by crafting processefficiencies and filling in gaps whereneeded.



    Requirements

    Skillsand experience yourequire:

    • 10years experience of Presales/System Engineer System Engineering inSystem Integration or OEMbackground
    • 5years experience in Security Solution System ManagementAdministration orPresales
    • Outstandingpresenting skills to both technical and executive audiences whetherimpromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations anddemos.
    • Experiencein designing and implementing security and identity managementsolutions to support critical systems and business programsPreferred.
    • BE/ B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (CS) / B.Sc(CS)
    • Expertisein core Microsoft product stack including Windows Server WindowsWorkstation Active Directory DNS DHCP Group Policies andIIS.
    • Experiencewith VMWare virtual environments AWS Cloud Services or MicrosoftAzure Platforms ispreferred.
    • Demonstratean understanding of risk management security policies and controlsuser account lifecycle management and rolebasedaccess.
    • Knowledgeand experience in Securityspace
    • Generalknowledge of cloud architecture as well as onpremises ITlandscape
    • Knowledgeand demonstrated ability in working with project management andcollaboration Tools (Jira and Confluence Google Suite MicrosoftOffice Zoom other business management solutionsetc)
    • PMP& Scrum certification desirable (CSM ACSMetc)
    • SecurityCertifications (CISM CISSP CCSP CRCM etc)desirable
    • Abilityto manage multiple customer projects simultaneously. Excellentwriting and presentationskills.

    BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (CS) / B.Sc (CS) 3+ years ofSystem Engineering/ Professional Services management role.Expertise in core Microsoft product stack, including WindowsServer, Windows Workstation, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GroupPolicies and IIS. Experience with VMWare virtual environments, AWSCloud Services or Microsoft Azure Platforms is preferred. Advancedtroubleshooting & technical escalation management. Implement,Operate and provide L2 Support for PAM solutions. Demonstrate anunderstanding of risk management, security policies and controls,user account life-cycle management and role-based access. Abilityto learn new technologies quickly. Excellent relationshipmanagement, customer service and communication skills in variety offorms (written, live chat, conference calls, in-person.) Ability towork independently with little direct supervision and as a part ofa team. Ability to remain calm, composed, and articulate whendealing with tough customer situations. Security certification is aplus.
