    Hi Greetings From Zodiac HRConsultant... Designation: EA To Chairman Location: ColabaExp: 3years Working Days: MondayTo Friday. Job Details:
    • Board Support: Youll providecomprehensive support to the Chairman in managing boardrelatedactivities. This includes scheduling board meetings preparingagendas distributing materials and taking minutes duringmeetings.
    • Communication: Acting as a primarypoint of contact between the Chairman and internal/externalstakeholders. This involves managing communications screening callshandling correspondence and responding to inquiries on behalf ofthe Chairman.
    • Governance Compliance: Ensuringcompliance with governance requirements and protocols. Thisincludes maintaining board records tracking resolutions andassisting in the preparation of regulatory filings.
    • RelationshipManagement: Building and maintaining positiverelationships with board members senior executives shareholders andother key stakeholders. This involves coordinating meetingsfacilitating communication and fostering collaboration.
    • StrategicSupport: Providing strategic support to the Chairman byconducting research gathering data and preparing reports orpresentations for board meetings and strategicinitiatives.
    • Travel and Event Coordination: Planningand organizing travel arrangements including logistics for boardmeetings conferences and other events. This may involvecoordinating with travel agencies booking accommodations andmanaging itineraries.
    • Document Management: Handlingconfidential documents reports and presentations related to boardmatters. You may be responsible for drafting and proofreadingdocuments ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporatestandards.
    • Decision Support: Providing input andinsights to assist the Chairman in making informed decisions. Thismay involve analyzing data preparing briefing materials andsupporting strategic initiatives.
    • Confidentiality: Maintaining strictconfidentiality regarding sensitive information related to boarddiscussions corporate strategies and organizationalmatters.
    • Ad hocSupport: Providing ad hoc support as needed such ascoordinating special projects conducting research or assisting withexecutive team initiatives.
