    We are having an opening for Manager IT-RPA lead at our Mumbai location.

    Job Summary :

    Sun Pharma is looking for an experienced RPA Lead to spearhead our Robotic Process Automation initiatives. The successful candidate will drive the strategic planning and implementation of RPA solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes. The RPA Lead will provide technical leadership to the RPA development team, ensuring the delivery of scalable, efficient, and reliable automation solutions that align with our business goals.

    Areas Of Responsibility:

    Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to develop an RPA strategy aligned with business objectives, identifying automation opportunities across various business processes.
    • Lead the assessment of current business processes to determine their suitability for automation, prioritizing processes based on complexity, volume, and potential impact on efficiency and productivity.

    RPA Solution Design :

    • Design and architect RPA solutions that automate repetitive and rule-based tasks, ensuring scalability, reliability, and adherence to best practices in RPA development.
    • Develop detailed process documentation, including process flow diagrams, business requirements, and technical specifications, to guide the RPA development and implementation phases.
    • Evaluate and recommend RPA tools and technologies, with a preference for UiPath, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and process integration.

    Intelligent Automation :

    • Assess opportunities for incorporating intelligent automation technologies, such as machine learning and cognitive automation, into RPA solutions to enhance decision-making and process efficiency.
    • Stay updated with advancements in intelligent automation and recommend their adoption where applicable, considering potential benefits and impact on business processes.

    Technical Leadership :

    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to RPA developers and project teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
    • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering their growth and development in RPA and intelligent automation technologies.
    • Familiarize team members with the change management lifecycle and guide them in effectively managing change within the organization during RPA implementations.

    Collaboration :

    • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their automation needs and objectives, translating them into actionable RPA solutions that deliver measurable business value.
    • Work collaboratively with IT teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful RPA implementation and integration with existing IT infrastructure and systems.
    • Foster strong relationships with RPA vendors and UiPath partners to leverage their expertise and support in resolving technical challenges and optimizing RPA solutions.

    Governance :

    • Establish and enforce governance policies and standards for RPA development, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
    • Conduct regular audits and reviews of RPA implementations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Implement security measures and access controls to protect sensitive data and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of RPA processes and operations.

    Continuous Improvement :

    • Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement in RPA processes and practices, conducting post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture insights and lessons learned for future automation projects.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and optimization of RPA solutions, exploring new use cases and technologies to enhance automation capabilities and drive operational excellence.

    Educational Qualification :

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates who possess pharmaceutical industry experience. Master's degree is a plus.

    BE/BTech/MCA/ME/MTech

    Specific Certification :

    (At least 01 of below UiPath is mandatory)

    • UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Professional
    • UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Associate
    • UiPath Certified Professional Automation Business Analyst Professional
    • UiPath Certified Professional Automation Solution Architect Professional

    (Additionally, any one of more of below will be a value add)

    • Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional
    • Blue Prism Professional Developer Certification
    • Certified RPA Professional (CRP)
    • UiPath Certified Professional Specialized AI Professional
    • UiPath Certified Professional Test Automation Engineer Professional
