    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop moulds for casting and forming metal componentsusing CAD/CAM software.
    • Interpret technical drawings specifications and customerrequirements to create accurate moulddesigns.
    • Collaborate withengineering and production teams to ensure mould designs meetquality standards and productiontargets.
    • Optimize mould designsfor efficiency costeffectiveness andmanufacturability.
    • Conductfeasibility studies and simulations to evaluate mould performanceand identify areas forimprovement.
    • Generate detaileddocumentation including drawings bill of materials andmanufacturing instructions for mouldproduction.
    • Provide technicalsupport and guidance to mould manufacturing and maintenanceteams.
    • Stay updated withindustry trends new technologies and best practices in mould designandmanufacturing.

    Requirements

    Requirements:


    • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a relatedfield.
    • Minimum 5 years ofexperience in mould design preferably in the metal castingindustry.
    • Proficiency inCAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks AutoCAD orCATIA.
    • Strong knowledge ofmould design principles materials and manufacturingprocesses.
    • Ability to analyzecomplex problems and develop innovativesolutions.
    • Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills to work effectively withcrossfunctional teams.
    • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in designwork.
    • Flexibility to work inGhaziabad or Sikandarabad locations asrequired.
