    Roles & Responsibilities :


    • Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customer accounts.
    • Understand their objectives and provide personalized solutions.
    • Become an expert in products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and capabilities.
    • Proactively educate customers on best practices, tips, and tricks to maximize their use of our products.
    • Act as a liaison between customers and our technical support team, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns.
    • Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
    • Monitor customer subscription renewals and work to ensure a high renewal rate.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
    • Encourage satisfied customers to become advocates f through case studies, testimonials, and Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Technical aptitude and ability to learn and explain complex products.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
    • Passion for customer satisfaction and success.
