    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This on-site role will be based at our headquarters in Hannover, Germany, where you will collaborate with a dynamic team to develop and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that meet our clients' unique business needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and implement high-quality ServiceNow solutions across various modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SAM, HAM).
    • Collaborate with project teams to understand client requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
    • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules.
    • Ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of existing ServiceNow configurations.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
    • Stay abreast of new ServiceNow features and technologies to enhance service offerings.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SAM, and preferably HAM.
    • Proven ability to develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in diverse teams.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
    • Fluency in English; willingness to learn German is highly preferred.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
