Job Summary:


As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales / Relationship Management team on specific functions / tasks relating to completion of KYCs, compilation of MIS, preparation of draft proposals etc.

In addition to this, you will be required to coordinate with clients/ internal teams (Product/ services/ implementation) and support sales team with pursuing leads on International Cash & Liquidity business.

ob responsibilities:

A) What are the primary responsibilities?

  • Preparation of KYCs/ Supporting team on KYC reviews
  • Compilation of MIS/ Analysis of various Reports/ MISs available (Revenues/ Deals/ other metrics) to support Sales PSMs/ Team in formulating broader strategy
  • Supporting team on various client pitches for new business /Preparation of draft proposals, presentations
  • Following up with clients on proposals
  • Coordinating with various internal teams (Implementation/ Product/ Services) on new deals/ service/ defending existing business
  • Front ending client queries for escalated cases and supporting team for faster resolutions
  • Analysis required to further strengthen the business
  • Key account planning including assisting with setting and implementing new strategies
B) What are the secondary responsibilities?

  • Provide ongoing competitor information to assist Sales team to bridge the product and process gaps as well as consolidate JPMC's position as the preferred service provider
  • Liaise with product teams for solutions to customer queries
  • This job requires you to

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Preferably Post-Graduation/ MBA from a reputed institute

  • Preferably 4 years' experience in global cash and liquidity management
  • A good understanding of the India Financial Institution segment
  • Successful track record in new business development & senior relationship management and ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Ability to manage the cost and revenue aspect of a portfolio
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power point in particular)
