Position of: Academic Counsellor
Location: Chennai , Santhome
ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED
Role & Responsibilities:
Handling telephonic & walk-In enquiries.
Should possess excellent convincing capabilities.
To train Tele-callers and convert their leads into prospects.
To respond to enquiries of students (on email/call/walk-ins).
Convert the enquiries into registrations that lead to Admissions.
To be involved in promotional activities.
To have a good understanding of the revenue generation from registration.
To ensure that the admission sales targets are met for the team & individually.
Counseling the Students and Parents about various Courses
To generate more WI and enquiries through cold calls or Data Base calls
Daily report to supervisor on achievement of goals
Students Instalments collection.
Essential Skills:
