    Description

    About the Role :

    We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst (BA) to join us and play a key role in developing and testing core banking system (CBS) applications. Your deep knowledge of the banking sector and expertise in requirements analysis will be crucial in connecting business and technology.


    Responsibilities :
    • Analyze business requirements for CBS applications across different modules (deposits, payments, loans, etc.)
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and define system functionalities
    • Review various documents to comprehend system capabilities and translate business requirements into clear user stories
    • Facilitate workshops, define project scope, and guide testing requirements
    • Provide input for comprehensive test plans, maintain traceability matrices, and review testware
    • Collaborate with SMEs and client teams for reviews and ensure test coverage aligns with business needs
    • Analyze defects, prioritize them, and participate in defect resolution meetings
    • Guide the QA team in creating and updating testware repositories for future use

    Requirements :
    • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in the banking sector
    • Understanding of CBS functionalities and ability to gather and analyze business requirements
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in creating and maintaining various requirements artifacts
    • Proficiency in traceability matrix tools, knowledge of Agile methodologies
    • Experience in software testing is advantageous
