    The Job

    You will be responsible for :

    • Managing book closure tasks, Monthly financials, MIS and key business matrix preparation and variance analysis.
    • Handling audits- Statutory, internal audits, tax audits and due diligence.
    • Oversee vendor reconciliation, aging, and payment plan.
    • Process review and optimization.
    • Oversee Payroll processing and filing of related returns like PF/ESI/LWF/PT/S&E

    The Profile

    • CA with 3+ years of experience in a fintech company/ NBFC (mandatory).
    • Good function knowledge of Accounting and treasury operations in a fintech/ NBFC.
    • Working knowledge of GST/TDS for accounting, payment, returns, and compliance.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
    • Strong organization and time management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and get things done.
    • High levels of ownership, ability to work independently under guidance, and proactive.
    • Self-starter and a good communicator.
