    What you'll do

    • Reaching out to prospective candidates, representing the company, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
    • Monitoring candidate status and following up where required
    • Understanding the candidate journey and expectations to deliver a superior experience to anyone considering an opportunity with CoinDCX
    • Collaborating with recruiters and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
    • Maintaining a database of interview schedules and panel availability

    What you'll bring

    • Excellent communication, people and interpersonal skills
    • High Proficiency in MS-Office
    • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
    • Ability to work well in a team environment

    Duration of the internship would be 3 months on site
