    Description

    Role Summary:

    Raise is built on this core philosophy - we will bring exceptionally great products, awesome user experience and best in class customer service to our users. We have started with our first step by launching an Investment & Trading platform – Dhan ) in November 2021.

    As an HR intern, you'll be hiring relevant applicants via various sources for diverse roles at Raise. Additionally, you will be working on key HR projects and also assist the HR team in employee engagement activities.

    Expected Responsibilities:

    • Source applicants through various hiring channels.
    • Screen resumes and applications, assess thoroughly via pre-screening calls, manage line interviews and hiring assessments to analyse candidate abilities to hire the right fit.
    • Build, maintain relationships with candidates and enabling a positive hiring experience.
    • Track, maintain applications of all potential candidates and future prospects via an internal extensive database / talent pool to create a strong talent pipeline for key roles.

    Expected Skills:

    We are a start-up and we are focusing on fast growth with quality products hence the ability to work in a fast-paced environment goes without saying. Other than that:

    • Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate in Human resources Management.
    • 0-6 months experience in hiring or HR.
    • Basic knowledge of HR concepts is a must.
    • Familiarity with Sourcing tools namely Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Self motivated, positive attitude and quick learning ability.
