- Source applicants through various hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and applications, assess thoroughly via pre-screening calls, manage line interviews and hiring assessments to analyse candidate abilities to hire the right fit.
- Build, maintain relationships with candidates and enabling a positive hiring experience.
- Track, maintain applications of all potential candidates and future prospects via an internal extensive database / talent pool to create a strong talent pipeline for key roles.
- Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate in Human resources Management.
- 0-6 months experience in hiring or HR.
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts is a must.
- Familiarity with Sourcing tools namely Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self motivated, positive attitude and quick learning ability.
