- BT/BLE driver design and development for the latest generation of IoT Bluetooth products
- Low-level hardware initialization software development within an RTOS environment and device driver development
- Engagement in various Software lifecycle phases including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and production release
- Collaboration with BT Systems Silicon and QA teams for pre-tapeout qualification, silicon bringup, feature development, and performance optimization of BT/BLE chips
- Thorough understanding of software system architecture
- Demonstrated C programming proficiency
- Exceptional debugging and analytical skills
- Self-motivated starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail, ensuring work accuracy proactively
- Positive mindset and work ethic, willingness to seek guidance and innovate
- Resourceful problem-solver leveraging technology and deep product architecture comprehension
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering or related field, or equivalent
- 5 years of pertinent industry experience
- Extensive experience with Bluetooth classic LE Profiles Host Stack and HCI across any Bluetooth stack like Bluedroid/Floride/Zephyr/BlueZ
- Solid familiarity with BT/BLE Spec up to the 5.4 standard
- Proficiency in systems analysis, profiling, and low-level debugging
- Hands-on experience in firmware/hardware collaboration
- Experience with IoT Embedded Systems
- Practical involvement in Silicon-based projects
- Knowledge of Networking Protocols is a bonus
- No travel commitment is necessary
