    We at Indusion Consulting are looking to expand our

    Banking and Financial Services team . We are looking for hardworking, self-driven professionals who have business understanding and would be eager to learn.

    Additional Preference:
    Experience in hiring in the any of the below mentioned sectors:

    Investment BankingPrivate Equity and Venture CapitalConsumer FinanceWealth Management

    Qualifications/Additional Qualifications3-6 years of proven experience in Mid to Senior Level hiring.
    A post graduate degree / MBA from a reputed business school is desirable.

    Excellent communication skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidatesStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsHigh-energy and passionInterviewing and Recruiting skillsDemonstrated ability to meet targets: He/she should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned roles and targetsExcellent interpersonal and relationship-management skillsCandidates with exposure in hardcore sales from any of the above-mentioned sectors are most welcome to apply for the positionApplicant should be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through constant interactions.

    ResponsibilitiesThis role will be responsible for consulting with clients to determine staffing needs, interviewing, and recruiting.
    Work streams include, scoping, planning, and delivery of one or more areas.

    Responsible for the full recruitment cycle of various positions at multiple organization levels and locationsWould involve understanding client mandate, accurate and thorough profiling through –Research, Sourcing, Headhunting, Competition Mapping, Screening and Evaluation.

    Assisting in preparation of presentations, organization structures and industry reports.
    Shortlisting right candidates.
    Handle execution for certain Mid-level engagements independentlyExecution support on Mid/Senior level engagementsWould entail managing and updating databasesSupport in Business Development
