Description
Sore Map limited is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Caller to join our talented team.In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers who need assistance with our information technology and services.
You'll be responsible for taking inbound calls and answering any questions the customer may have. You must be friendly, professional, and empathetic to customers when they need help with our products or services.You will also be responsible for documenting customer issues and solutions so that we can continually improve our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system
- Handle customer feedback and complaints
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Assess and escalate customer issues to appropriate team members
- Meet call and quality monitoring requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRMs
- Experience with information technology and services is a plus
