    About this opportunity

    The Performance & Quality Management role is responsible to secure that the quality and cost of the services delivered from the delivery units are in accordance to the expected levels agreed through WLA.

    MSDM should also ensure that the delivery units are working in completely alignment with our processes, using the official tools and properly following the governance models.

    MSDM will act as a central point for escalation and management of issues that may arise from the delivery of the proposed services outlined in the Contract document.

    Furthermore the MSDM is responsible to initiate, in coordination with the SD&O Managed Services Operations and RDM, improvement plans should deviations be detected.

    What you will do

    The MSDM detailed responsibilities are:

    • Monitor and report on the operational and financial performance of the service delivery unit for a specific customer contract to the RDM & MSIP, based on the WLA requirements;
    • Maintain Periodic Formal Governance with MSIP to ensure regular update of important activities, initiatives & WLA KPIs Status;
    • Initiate and drive improvement plans to correct operational or financial performance deviations towards a specific WLA;

    • Manage the hand-over of resources, services and activities to the GSI to fulfil or expand the WLA scope, securing the availability of the required capacity and the operational readiness of the centre;
    • Reinforce, establish, support and execute Continual Service Improvement initiatives for the activities performed under a specific WLA scope;
    • Working pro-actively to continuously improve the financial and the operational performance of the delivery units as well as the processes used in our delivery, as part of Continual Service Improvement initiatives.

    Core Competencies


    • Deep understanding of the managed service delivery business requirements;
    • Familiar with Ericsson Service Delivery Portfolio for BL Managed Services;
    • Familiar with the Ericsson assessment programs for certification
    Key Qualification


    • Degree in Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science. MBA preferred.
    • ITIL, PMP, technical certifications are added advantages.

    Industry experience:
    Candidate should have relevant experience of a minimum 8 to14 years with managed services and operations. Preferably with 5 years external experience acquired working for operators in an operations management area.


    Technical and/or functional skills:
    IT or Telecom domain.
