    Job Description for Technical Delivery Manager (Relevant experience: 7-9 years)

    We seek a Dynamic Technical Delivery Manager with a proactive approach to ownership and flair for innovation, to steer digital lending projects in tandem with diverse teams. This role offers a comprehensive scope, empowering the candidate to immerse themselves in every facet of project delivery, fostering continuous learning and cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external teams at Yabx.

    What we look for:

    Delivery Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and maintain delivery plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with delivery goals.
    • Own the technical architecture, design, and delivery of solutions.
    • Manage documentation related to stakeholder communication.

    Stakeholder Communication and Management:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Act as a point of contact for project-related communications.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

    Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

    • Identify project risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
    • Implement risk assessment and mitigation plans.
    • Minimize project disruptions and maintain progress towards goals.

    Resource Management:

    • Allocate and manage project resources effectively.
    • Resolve resource conflicts to ensure smooth workflow and delivery.

    Quality Assurance and Compliance:

    • Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Implement quality assurance processes and methodologies.
    • Conduct testing and validation of project deliverables.

    Budget and Cost Control:

    • Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets.
    • Identify cost optimization opportunities to maximize profitability.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Analyse project performance for process improvement.
    • Stay updated with industry best practices to enhance project delivery.

    Preferred Candidate:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field; advanced degrees or certifications in project management are a plus.
    • 7 to 9 years of relevant working experience in an IT product organization.
    • Experience in delivering projects for financial institutions/Banks; exposure to lending is a plus.
    • Proven experience in technical project management and delivery.
    • Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
