    Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Implement the Management's strategic Vision for Technology programs by cascading it down to process design, business requirements and technology implementation
    • Manage scope of projects from inception to closure.
    Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.

    • Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks
    • Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective
    • Have a strong understanding of SDLC, SSDLC and ITSM methodologies and experience in querying data in SQL
    • Conduct UAT and Quality Testing initiatives to ensure all development work thoroughly aligns with business/technical requirements
    • Collaborate with Change Management teams to ensure Global Readiness of all Stakeholders and Users before the releases
    • Support User Training and Data migration initiatives

    WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU :

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the technology industry .Ideal experience would be 812 years
    • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
    • Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
    • Passion for technology and innovation, with a customercentric mindset and a track record of delivering successful products to market.
    • Experience in banking/financial services/payments preferred
