    Description de poste :

    The Engagement/Delivery is responsible for managing a team of ~ 25+ application development team members working on projects/programs.

    The core responsibilities include managing the technical deliveries for Web and mobile ensuring that KPIs for the team are being met, coaching and mentoring the team, managing and influencing a varied set of stakeholders across geographies to deliver new capabilities and/or projects.

    The incumbent should have a flair for getting into the details and yet being able to create a big picture.

    She/he needs to be an exceptional people leader who can motivate the technology team to drive innovation and deliver best results for our clients.

    Team Delivery Accountability

    · Accountable for delivery of three e2e Agile teams for Mobile and web along with other Agile and waterfall projects

    · Accountable for creating immediate to mid-term plans to carry out objectives established for the team. Coordinate resources to meet operational objectives within own area.

    · Set priorities/KPIs to ensure completion of department goals, regularly monitor and improve upon the KPIs.

    · Define and implement effective management of resource forecasting, planning and reporting across different lines of business.

    · Establish ways to enhance and maintain knowledge within the team.

    · Show productivity improvements via continuous improvement, including meeting the defined productivity and improvement targets.

    · Drive the team to deliver innovative ideas aligned with organization objectives.

    Communication and Collaboration

    · Collaborate with multiple business partners including senior stakeholders like Directors, department heads.

    · Engage with partners for improving the delivery and adding value to the business via innovation.

    Technical Delivery Expertise

    · Manage a team of senior designers, developers at varying level of expertise.

    · Should possess high degree of expertise to understand and provide inputs to project plans and risks.

    · Establish and run processes to manage reporting of status, managing the budget and timelines across the team.

    People Management

    · Attract the best talent, by working with hiring team for on-boarding.

    · Responsible for developing smooth on-boarding plans and make the team members effective in a short duration.

    · Performance management with regular 1:1 performance feedback.

    · Career coaching and development by identifying development and training needs.

    · Team engagement, morale and day to day motivation to drive better results for the organization.

    · On time and appropriate recognition.

    · Backup and succession planning. Accountable for performance results of own team. Includes reward, job evaluation and promotion decisions and employee communications.

    Skills Required

    BE/B. Tech./MCA from reputed institute.

    · 12+ years of progressive experience in technology delivery with exposure to SDLC (Waterfall, Agile) and hands-on experience in at least one of the SDLC phases.

    · 4+ years of experience in managing a group of people directly.

    · Exposure to modern technologies and methodologies like Agile, Mobile, APIs, DevOps etc.

    · 'Go Getter' attitude, ability to take things to closure by clearly defining a plan, monitoring it and tracking it to closure.

    · A drive for bringing innovation to every aspect of work delivery.

    · Being able to build a culture of ownership and accountability to meet business objectives.

    · Ability to effectively work with a varying set to stakeholders including senior resource managers, directors and leadership.

    · Anticipate customer needs and participate in identifying solutions. Interpret business issues to deliver the best solution.

    · High problem solving ability using a well-defined frame of reference and toward specific objectives using analytical, interpretative, evaluative and or constructive thinking and identifying best practices.

    · Ability to understand and explain connections between business goals and routine functions and transactions and translate those for the team.

    · Ability to consolidate information across multiple teams and bring meaningful actions.

    · Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize wide range of tasks.

    · Exposure to all SDLC phases with hands-on experience in at least one of the phases.

    · Demonstrated initiative and creativity - ability to influence. Being able to influence middle management on business solutions. Should be able to explain difficult concepts and persuades others to adopt a point of view.

    · Diplomatic and tactful to resolve difficult situations.

    · Ability to seed new capabilities in the team and evolve the teams for future.
