Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team at Trending Youth Technologies PVT LTD. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and resolving customer inquiries or issues. This is a full-time position with a Junior level requirement, 1 to 3 years of experience, and the job location is Mohali, Punjab, India.

Qualifications and Skills

1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work well in a team.
Must have basic Excel Knowledge.

Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy.

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service guidelines..
