    ResourceManagement:

    Leadand overseesix ProjectManagers underprivate sector partnershipstate and central government partnershipPrimary & secondary infrastructuredevelopment(CCMRF&PRF) andPlasticrecycling

    Monitorandensureadherenceto projecttimelines acrossall sectorsunder yoursupervision.

    Provideimmediate supportand adviceto directreports andtheir teamsfortroubleshooting.

    Conductdaily teammeetings toassess projectstatus adjustingintervals basedon projectprogress.

    Strategizeandengagewithprivateandgovernment teamsto meetprojectrequirements.

    Participate inkey stakeholder meetings offeringsupportin problemsolvingand processinitiation.

    Regularly visitinfrastructure projects ensuringprocesses arein placeand offeringsupport whereneeded.

    Facilitatevendorselectionprocurementlogisticsand successfuloperations acrossyourprojects.

    ProcessImprovement

    Continuouslyobserveassessandenhanceprocesses asneeded to improve e ciency and the quality ofwork.

    Proposechangestoreportingstructureswithvalidreasoning seeking approval from thereportingmanager.

    Recommendthe additionor removalof processesensuringalignmentwith thereporting managerfor enhanceddeliverables.

    Overviewoffacilityoperationsacross projectsand recommending necessaryinterventions andimprovements.

    Audits:

    Conductrandomandsurpriseauditsat variousstages of projects to ensureprocess e ciency and work owoptimization.

    Perform auditson the recording and followupdiscussionswithstakeholderstoensurethe thoroughreview ofcommunicationsfor higherhierarchy.

    Conduct auditson infrastructure developmentfocusingonadherenceto speci cationsandtimelines.

    Perform auditson process ow material quality manpowerutilization and other operationalrequirementsinterveningasnecessaryto enhanceprojectperformance.

    Manageprojectbudgetseffectivelytrackingexpenses andensuring nancial allocations align with projectpriorities. Collaborate with nance teams toprovide accurateand timely nancialreporting.

    FieldSurvey:

    strategicallyplan and schedule eld visits for projectmanagerscoordinatingwith themto alignwith projecttimelines andobjectives.

    Conduct weeklyvisits to project sites as requiredoverseeingprocessesandaddressingchallenges toensure projectalignment andqualityassurance.

    DataManagement:

    Establishdataentryinfrastructureacrossallprocesses andmonitortimely.

    Report highleveldata KPIs regularly to the ProjectDirectorupdatingonfallbacksandcountermeasures.

    ProjectManagement/Coordination:

    Ensureprojects adhereto thedesignatedtimeline andachieve proposedtargets.

    Communicatepromptlyto theProject Director(PD) about any changesnecessitating a revision of theproject planin zohoprojects.

    Establish andmaintain effective engagement andcommunication channels with both state andcentral government authorities to ensureseamless coordinationand compliancethroughout theproject.

    CapacityBuilding:

    Designand proposecapacitybuildingprogramstailoredto meetinternal teamrequirements.

    Develop andimplement necessary interventions inprojectsaddressingexternalfactors thatdirectly orindirectly impact project outcomes.Additionally recommendimprovementswherenecessary.

    Offersuggestions and contribute to the developmentof schemes and policy interventions aimedat fosteringpositive impactsandimprovements.

    DocumentationandReporting:

    Develop weeklyand monthly Key PerformanceIndicators (KPIs)for reportingto theProject Director(PD).

    Optimizereporting e ciency by maximizingautomationfromthe lowerlevels ofthehierarchy.

    Provideoversightforalldocumentationprocesseswithin themanagedprojects.

    BusinessDevelopment:

    Continuouslyexplore potentialbusinessopportunitiesarising from the projectdesigning and reportingproject plansaccordingly.

    Identifyanddevelopvarious businessmodels asneeded closely monitoring and evaluatingeachelementwithintheprojectsbusiness modeland implementingnecessaryimprovements.

    Enhancevisibilityamongstakeholdersandthe marketto identifyopportunities forintegration intothe WasteManagement (WM)system orinfrastructure.

    Overseethe establishmentof procurementand salesconnections for all infrastructure projectsdriving entrepreneurstoward pro tablebusinessmodels.

    Facilitatecollaborationwith authorizedrecyclers andplasticmanufacturers toenhance projectinfrastructure forincreased valueaddition.

    Initiateconnections withproducers andbrand ownersto create incentives for plastic collectionsfostering collaborationand promotingsustainablepractices
