    Position Description

    You will be a key part of Panissales team reporting to the Head of Sales responsible forsupporting multiple endcustomer accounts & channel partnerrelationships while creating new successful business outcomesincluding renewals growth. Working crossdepartmental you willgather relevant information from Customer Success and Onboarding onvalue creation and customer product usage to drive effectiveperformance improvement plans with customers which will lead torenewals and upsellingopportunities.

You believe inlifelong learning and welcome the opportunity to constantly iterateand improve upon your skills. You have some or full experienceworking for Food & Beverage businesses. Fundamentally you wantto use your talents and energy to better the world for others andcontribute to the responsible management of global water and energyand CO2 reduction.

    What you bringto the team

    • Universitydegree in engineering sciences or relevant equivalent education andexperience
    • Minimum of 2 years of salesmanagement or account management experience in the watersector
    • TechnicalAcumen: Possess a deep understanding of technicaltreatment plant operations & process especially in areas likefood and beverage desalination (SWRO BWRO etc.) and municipalwastewater treatmentplants.
    • CustomerInsight: Ability to identify customer challenges andcurate tailored usecases anddemos.
    • InterpersonalProwess: Must exhibit outstanding interpersonalabilities fostering relationships with customers and internal teamsalike.
    • CommunicationMastery: Adept at both written and verbalcommunication ensuring clear conveyance of value propositions andtechnical nuances.
    • CustomerInteraction: Comfortable and confident in dealingwith customers across various organizationalhierarchies.

    Responsibilities

    • Buildand maintain strong meaningful relationships with clients as theirmain point of contact advocate and partner.
    • Owna portfolio of client accounts gain a deep understanding of eachclients desired outcomes and work with internal partners to drivethe clients desired KPIs and outcomes.
    • Surveyand manage client plant maturity levels and document gaps toproactively identify budget issues and propose Pani solutions toclients.
    • Perform complex data analysis deriveinsights and present reports to clients in a way that buildspartnership and an understanding of the value Pani delivers theirorganization on a regular cadence which may include but is notlimited to weekly status update meetings and quarterly businessreviews.
    • Partner crossfunctionally with theproduct and development teams to investigate technical deliveryissues and solve clientfacing issues while building a technicalunderstanding of Panis product suite.
    • Partnerwith strategy and sales teams to build and present business casesfor evolving client product mix by expanding and exceeding clientsgoals.
    • Empower clients with the education andinformation they need to successfully understand data within thePani platform including keeping clients up to date with productenhancements changes or technicalissues.
    • Exceed client expectations for customerservice in every client interaction by overcommunicating andoverdelivering in response to clientinquiries.
