    Description
    • 10 - 15 years of experience in a reputed Foundry & Machining industry with state of the art VMC. HMC, CNC machines preferably with knowledge of programming
    • Plan and organize in-house production activities as per customer requirement based on optimum utilization of resources
    • Co-ordinate with all the supporting departments for smooth running of function.
    • Identify resources (e.g. trained man power, facility, equipment etc.) required for production
    • Ensure that all non-conforming materials in production area are identified with suitable identification status
    • Review non-conforming material with CFT and recommend suitable disposition and corrective action and guide sub ordinates for all the production activities through timely counselling and feed back
    • the performance to ensure a motivated and committed team.
    • maintenance of all Machines in the state of order and appropriate to the manufactured with desired quality level
    • monitor the overall production performance (e.g. OEE, OTD) and ensure optimization of production from quality and capacity utilization parameters.
    • Maintain appropriate documents & records to support Quality Management System (IATF – 16949)
    • Monitor routine work planning of Foundry & Machine shops in all shifts and maintain housekeeping (5S) on shop floor
