    About the role:

    At Darwinbox, a content marketingspecialist is a great blend of research and creative content writing. As thefastest growing HCM tech company, Darwinbox is highly passionate about thefuture of HR function and in turn HR Tech. This role is what brings thecapabilities of a research analyst, thought leader, and content writertogether. This includes capability to research and consult internal SMEs to developa PoV on HR function/tech and convert the insights into collateral of the shortand long variety, campaign material, social media content, and more. However,at Darwinbox we believe in getting out of our comfort zones, and when theoccasion calls for it, we like to do something out of the ordinary. Here are afew such projects from the last year:

    • Youll get a chance to flex yourcreative thinking. As a team, we aim to top the content we put out year by year.Guided by the tenets of quality and delivering value to our customers andprospects, we keep space for experimentation. There are goals to achieve and amandate to drive, but we have a say in how we get there. Youll own yourprojects and will have the creative liberty to execute them. Your growth iscapped only by your initiative.

    Responsibilities :

  • First and foremost, you need to own the project. Constantly think about how things can be made better and more efficient, how can we drive more value for our target audience, what more can we do for the brand? You will be expected to provide insight and input into how content can be leveraged to break the clutter. Think beyond the scope of your daily work.
  • Secondary and primary research and consult SMEs to develop a PoV on HR and HR Tech
  • Analyze and convert research insights into a storyboard which can be converted into different content formats such as articles, blogs, white-papers, research reports, etc.
  • Develop, write, and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs.
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the Content Marketing team, including staging and publishing articles, white papers, ebooks and more.
  • Youll also be expected to ensure all-around brand consistency in the style, fonts, and images used, as well as the overall tone of the content.
  • Partner and collaborate with industry thought leaders to build content assets and execute campaigns.
  • Partner and collaborate with external agencies to produce and deliver all types of content (written, graphical, video, etc.).
  • Darwinboxs ecosystem is home to some of the brightest HR specialists. Our leaders, customers, investors and partners. Youll be responsible for leveraging this access to valuable functional expertise and converting it into a stream of quality discourse for the industry.
  • Assist with monitoring and reporting on the performance of various content types to identify trends, benchmarks, bright spots, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure SEO best practices across the website, blog, and collaterals.
  • Through your own research, develop an understanding of the cutting-edge trends in HR and HR tech.

    • Who should apply:

  • You are interested in orintrigued by HR as a function. HR-related experience is good, but is notcompulsory.
  • An MBA in HR or a MassCommunications or Literature degree would be another advantage.
  • You have 2 to 8 Years ofexperience in a content function designed to help drive a sales and marketingfunnel.
  • You have experience and arecomfortable with various formats of content: ad copy, an email, a tweet, aLinkedIn post, a blog, a white paper, report, or an eBook.
  • Your content has shownmeasurable results in your current and previous roles.
  • You are good at measuring andanalyzing.
  • You read voraciously and aretirelessly curious.
  • You keep up with the businessenvironment and business news.
