**Responsibilities:**
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and labor laws.
Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance, conduct performance appraisals, and identify areas for improvement.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance skill sets and promote career growth.
