    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Infrastruture Support Specialist at Progressive Infotech Pvt. Ltd. located in Noida. You will be responsible for overseeing software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in IT infrastructure technologies Digital Technology - Deep understanding of all the pieces of modern infrastructure technology landscape is a must -
    • On Premise Data Center Server , Storage , HCI etc.
    • Public Cloud - AWS , Azure , Google , M365
    • Network - LAN , WAN , SDWAN
    • Security - End point , Network , Cyber
    • Windows Stack and LAMP Stack
    • Databases
    • TOOLS - Exposure to managed services ITOM tools of next generation for the NOC.
    • Managed Services - Proven ability to consult and design / deliver operations transformation for client IT infrastructure is a must. The role is a client facing business development profile with managing a P&L. Deep understanding and experience of new generation managed services.
    • Management- This is a mid management role that is expected to give depth to the new age infrastructure technology landscape of Hybrid Cloud Data Center , Network and Security Managed Services landscape.
    • Building and Managing Teams - The incumbent is expected to lead the Technology Center of Excellence comprising of fine blend of young and experienced engineers in this space to design and deliver both professional and 24*7 next generation managed services.
    • Expertise in architecture
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects within tight deadlines
    • Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
    • Relevant certifications or professional qualifications
