    We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Business Development Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in forging strong connections within the architectural community while leveraging expertise in lighting technology.

    Location- Andheri West, Mumbai


    Role Overview:


    As the Business Development Manager specializing in lighting sales, you will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing relationships with architects, designers, and key stakeholders to drive sales growth and influence project specifications.

    Your in-depth understanding of lighting technology and applications will enable you to effectively consult with clients and provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs and design visions.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, lighting consultants, and other industry professionals to drive specification of our lighting solutions in projects.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your expertise in lighting design principles, fixtures, and control systems to deliver comprehensive solutions that align with their aesthetic and functional requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with the design community to understand emerging trends, project requirements, and design preferences, positioning Hybec as a preferred lighting partner.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architectural and design sectors, leveraging your network and market insights to expand our presence and market share.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in the relevant field.

    Work Experience:

    • 3 plus years of sales experience in the lighting industry.
    • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the architectural and design community, with a focus on lighting or related products.

    Key Skills:

    • Deep understanding of lighting technology, design principles, and applications, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Strong network of relationships within the architectural and design community, including architects, designers, lighting consultants, and specifiers.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
