    The products designed by CAREDATA are well-positioned to process a wide range of samples, from over 20,000 samples per day (in bigger laboratories) to less than 50 samples per day (in smaller laboratories).

    CAREDATA's innovative cloud-based IT products are the result of the team's rich experience of over 2 decades in IT and specifically in the healthcare IT domain. The products not only address the laboratories current needs and pain areas, but also offer unmatched power and flexibility of cloud computing, and scalability for multi-center and multi-device operations and "real-time" control and monitoring of lab as well as hospital devices from a remote center

    Experience: 7+ Years of Sales Experience in Healthcare IT/ Healthcare/ Diagnostics Industry

    • Develop Sales plans for the region.
    • Responsible for primary and secondary target achievement and setting up overall sales plans and strategies
    • Generate leads through calls, social media etc create the prospects pipeline and also give product demos to the client
    • Functional Competencies, ability to apply basic sales concepts in the developing plans.
    • Behavioral Competencies, decisive & effective problem-solving ability.
    • Effective Man Management ability, Team player with adjustability to circumstances and should have handled critical exposures and huge volume of business.
    • Should be responsible for Revenue Growth of the company.
    • Formulation of targets & offers schemes & budget, achieving targeted sales, market assessment & analysis, development of partner network, control & monitor of a partner network, sales promotion.
    • Identifying Potential Channel Partners - Completely identifying potential channel partners based on agreed profiles and ensures tie up is in accordance with the business plan.
    • Meeting the customers on regular basis for achieving targets
    • Should have handled multiple geographies
    • Should have delivered sales/revenue numbers(quantifiable) in the past

    QUALIFICATION:

    • · Any Graduate/ MBA with 7 + years of sales experience in Healthcare/ Healthcare IT/ Diagnostics industry can only apply.
    • · Very strong oral and written communication skills.
