    Description

    Role: Senior Data Scientist

    • Job Title: Sr Data Architect
    • Total Experience: 12+ Years Industry Experience
    • Relevant Experience: 10+ Years
    • Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, and/or relevant courses/certification in Data science/analytics.

    We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Architect with 12+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have experience working with a large data set, using various data pipeline technologies like Streaming, Micro Services & Batch processing to Ingest, Transform & persist data in a reporting system. Also, the candidate should have exposure to using BI tools & statistical and machine learning techniques to build descriptive, predictive & prescriptive models to provide data insights to business users. The candidate should be able to work independently and have excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Technical Know-How:

    • Experience designing optimized data egress pipelines using microservices /streams/ batch from large OLTP data systems (~100TB in size, 3000 transactions per object per minute) deployed on relational databases.
    • Expertise in complete data pipeline, including problem identification, data acquisition, exploratory data analysis, data modelling, generation of insights and visualizations, monitoring, and maintenance.
    • Experience with Information modelling and implementing catalog-driven self-service reporting & analytics.
    • Proficiency in components of data fabric, spark batch framework & spark structured streaming
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, procedural SQL, Python and/or R
    • Experience in designing & implementing components of data fabric, data lake & data vault architecture.
    • Experience in designing & implementing large data warehouse/ data mart / data lake
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, etc.
    • Knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and time series analysis
    • Understanding of machine learning algorithms, probability theory and statistics.

    • Designing optimized solution(s) to implement data egress & ingress strategies, information models on large data volumes and closely working with technical teams to develop & implement new design(s).
    • Designing microservices/data streaming/batch processes to acquire data from highly normalized relational database structures and transform and process data into information systems.
    • Designing information models that cater to business user(s) self-service reporting needs.
    • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement models and monitor their performance.
    • Develop and maintain data pipelines and dashboards for tracking key performance metrics.
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visualizations, presentations, and reports.
