    Description

    JOB TITLE :
    Data Modeler.


    SUMMARY :


    Are you a strong Data Modeler with Financial Services experience looking to make a strategic impact? We're seeking a talented individual to translate business requirements into data models, participate in mapping processes, and ensure data integrity within the Banking and Financial Markets context.


    Responsibilities :

    • Translate Business Requirements into Data Models.
    • Recognize and implement relational designs (OLTP, OLAP, Data Warehouse).
    • Map Logical to Physical Data Models.
    • Create models for large datasets sourced to Big Data.

    Role Requirements :

    • Strong Data Modeling experience in Financial Services.
    • Knowledge of data models and data dictionaries.
    • Desire to implement optimal solutions and avoid workarounds.
    • Stakeholder management for customer and business impact mitigation.
    • Control requirements understanding.

    Experience/Skillset :

    • Analytical skills and commercial acumen.
    • ETL/ELT and Entity Relationship (ER) data modeling.
    • Understanding of dimensional Data Warehousing.
    • SDLC, Agile, and testing experience.
    • SQL (NoSQL) and Python queries.
    • Selfstarter with changedelivery skills.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Data Quality & Governance knowledge.
    • Cloud Data Lakes and Data Warehouse Architecture.
    • Problemsolving skills.
    • Business analysis and requirements understanding.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of Hadoop or Google Big Query is a plus.
