Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Female Sales Associate to join our women's western wear store in TNGO Colony, Gachibowli. The store is managed by a female owner and we are seeking a helping hand to provide excellent customer service and support our sales operations. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours from 12 PM to 8:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Understand customer needs and recommend products that best suit their preferences.

Provide product information and answer inquiries about merchandise.

Maintain a tidy and organized store environment.

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Assist in visual merchandising and ensuring the store displays are appealing.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about fashion and women's western wear.

Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Ability to work in a team and independently.

Basic computer skills are an advantage.
