    Description

    Overview:

    The DataEntry Operator plays a crucial role in the organizations efficiencyby accurately inputting and maintaining data. They are responsiblefor performing various clerical and administrative tasks to supportthe organizations data managementprocesses.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Inputting data fromsource documents into the computersystem
    • Ensuring accuracy and completeness ofdata
    • Performing regular data quality checks andaudits
    • Maintaining and updatingdatabases
    • Preparing and sorting documents fordata entry
    • Following data program techniquesand procedures
    • Creating and maintaining logsfor tracking purposes
    • Resolving discrepanciesin information and obtaining further information for incompletedocuments
    • Responding to information requestsand retrieving data as needed
    • Ensuringconfidentiality and security of data
    • Adheringto data entry standards andprocedures
    • Verifying entered data by reviewingcorrecting deleting or reenteringdata
    • Performing other administrative andclerical tasks as needed
    • Supporting data entryprojects and initiatives

    RequiredQualifications:

    • High school diplomaor equivalent qualification
    • Proven experienceas a data entry operator or in a similarrole
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Officeapplications
    • Excellent typing speed and dataentry skills
    • Strong attention to detail andaccuracy
    • Ability to handle sensitive andconfidential information
    • Basic understanding ofdatabases and data management systems
    • Solidorganizational and time managementabilities
    • Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills
    • Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
    • Familiaritywith administrative duties and officeequipment
    • Knowledge of data security andintegrity principles
