    Description

    Overview:

    TheInternational Bpo (US UK Process) role plays a crucial part in ourorganizations success as they are the first point of contact forour international customers. They are responsible for deliveringexceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or issues toensure customer satisfaction.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Handling inboundand outbound customer callsprofessionally
    • Providing information aboutproducts and services to customers
    • Resolvingcustomer complaints and issues in a timelymanner
    • Ensuring high levels of customersatisfaction through excellent service
    • Meetingand exceeding sales targets through proactiveselling
    • Adhering to script and call flowguidelines to ensure consistency
    • Maintainingaccurate records of customer interactions andtransactions
    • Following communication proceduresguidelines and policies
    • Identifying andescalating priority issues
    • Managing andresolving customer queries
    • Handling customerinquiries via email and live chat
    • Keepinguptodate with product knowledge and related industrydevelopments
    • Working collaboratively with teammembers to achieve targets
    • Adhering to companypolicies and procedures
    • Providing feedback onthe efficiency of the customer serviceprocess

    RequiredQualifications:

    • High school diplomaor equivalent
    • Proven customer supportexperience or experience as a client servicerepresentative
    • Fluency in English and(additional language for UK Process)
    • Ability toeffectively communicate via phone andemail
    • Strong problemsolvingabilities
    • Excellent multitasking and timemanagement skills
    • Ability to remain calm andcourteous under pressure
    • Salesoriented mindsetwith the ability to meet sales targets
    • Abilityto adapt to and learn about new products and servicesquickly
    • Attention to detail and accuracy indata entry and recordkeeping
    • Ability to work ina fastpaced and teamorientedenvironment
    • Willingness to work flexibleschedules including weekends andholidays
    • Knowledge of relevant computerapplications
    • Experience with CRM systems andpractices
    • Understanding of company productsservices andpolicies
