    Required ISMS Auditor for a full-time role based in New Delhi.

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
    • Must be an IT professional with training and a practical grasp of ISO - implementation, documentation, etc.
    • Must hold a certification as Lead Auditor ISO 27001 for Information Security Management System.
    • Preferably familiar with ISO 22301, 20000, 27017, 27018 standards.
    • Minimum of 4 years working experience in IT, including at least 2 years in IT.

    Purpose of the position:

    • To conduct on-site assessments against relevant standards or specifications.

    • To provide expertise, generate surveillance and initial assessment reports, and offer recommendations for certification decisions.

    • To advocate BSI product offerings and solutions to clients with the aim of enhancing their business performance and managing risks effectively.

    • Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

      • Conduct management system assessments as per BSI requirements.

      • Prepare assessment reports and communicate findings to clients to ensure clarity on the assessment decision and provide guidance on corrective actions where necessary.

      • Recommend issuance, re-issuance, or withdrawal of certificates following BSI policies and procedures within prescribed timelines.

      • Lead assessment teams as required, ensuring team members are well-informed to maintain service quality and foster strong relationships with clients and within the team.

      • Establish and nurture effective partnerships to enhance commercial relationships, drive business development, and boost client satisfaction.

      • Plan and manage workloads efficiently to maximize revenue-earning activities. Support and coach colleagues, especially those who are new or less experienced, as needed.

      • Maintain and enhance assessment skills and knowledge of technical and management system standards.

      • Provide technical support to clients through sales, business development, and customer service channels.

      • Act as a brand Ambassador for BSI by upholding ethical standards, adhering to company guidelines, and promoting BSI services to clients to enhance their business performance and foster a culture of excellence.

        Candidate specifications:

        • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology.

        • IT professional with training and practical knowledge of ISO 20000 for IT Service Management and ISO 27001 for Information Security Management System is a plus.

        • Minimum of 4 years working experience in IT, including at least 2 years in IT.

        • Understanding of the compliance industry, quality system management, and business processes. Proficiency in applying quality management standards.

        • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.

        • Self-motivated, flexible, excellent time management and planning skills, ability to work under pressure.

        • Willingness to travel frequently for business.

        • Enthusiastic team player with good public speaking and business development skills considered advantageous.

        • Key performance indicators:

          • Ensure timely delivery of man-days as booked, high-quality work, and receive positive feedback from clients.

          • Efficiently address feedback from clients and internal inquiries, submit reports promptly.

          • Proactively solve problems with a positive attitude, add value to clients by understanding their needs, and introduce multiple BSI services to enhance their business performance.

          • Prevent customer attrition by offering quality value-added services and technical support.

          • Attend all recommended trainings during employment, adhere to applicable BSI procedures.

          • Understand and adhere to the BSI Group Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) Policy.

          • Contribute to achieving Environment, Health, and Safety objectives, work as a team to maintain a safe workplace at BSI.
