As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales and market penetration in designated regions.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled Service Technician specialized in Electric Vehicles (EVs) to join our team. The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric vehicles. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical systems, battery technology, and automotive diagnostics. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Perform diagnostic tests on electric vehicles to identify issues with electrical systems, batteries, motors, and other components.
    2. Repair and replace faulty electrical components such as wiring, controllers and charging systems.
    3. Conduct routine maintenance tasks including battery checks, software updates, and safety inspections.
    4. Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex electrical problems.
    5. Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and schedule repairs efficiently.
    6. Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair procedures and provide recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
    7. Keep accurate records of service performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings.
    8. Stay up-to-date with advancements in electric vehicle technology and attend training sessions as required.
    9. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations when handling high-voltage systems and equipment.
    10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the service area.

    Requirements:

    1. High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in automotive technology or electrical engineering preferred.
    2. Proven experience as a Service Technician, preferably with specialization in electric vehicles.
    3. Strong understanding of electrical systems, including wiring diagrams, circuitry, and diagnostic tools.
    4. Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and scan tools.
    5. Familiarity with electric vehicle components and systems, including batteries, motors, and power electronics.
    6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    8. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    9. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    10. Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
    11. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
