    What You Will Do:

    • Plan and execute engagement activities
    • Provide HR policy guidance and suggestions on new HR strategies
    • Manage and address employee grievances
    • Identify training needs for teams and individuals and work with the Learning and development team to curate training programs
    • Analyze trends and metrics and resolve complex employee relation issues
    • Work closely with Business leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
    • Will work with senior management to express new ideas and suggest solutions for issues
    • Will act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes
    • What You Will Need:
    • Postgraduate or graduate degree in HR or related field
    • 4 to 5 years' experience working as a HRBP in a BPM/BPO Organization
    • Excellent stakeholder management, good influencing skills
    • Good Analytical skills; must have experience with HR metrics.
    • Good communication skills- verbal and written
    • Willing to work in Night Shifts.
