    WhatYou Will BeDoing

    • Ableto handle full set of accounts and audit schedules
    • Performdaytoday operations in one or more of these accounting functionssuch as Jurnal AR APGL
    • Preparebank reconciliation and intercompany transactions
    • PrepareGST reconciliation quarterly and submission of GST returns
    • Liaisewith auditors/tax agent on yearend audit and annual tax filing
    • Timelyupdate incoming receipts in system
    • Ensureinvoice processing and payment are accurate and within the timeline
    • Liaisewith vendors on monthly payment claims report andreimbursement

    WhatYou Need To Be Successful In ThisRole

    • Diploma/degree in accounting
    • Atleast 3 years of relevant working experience in handling full setof accounts
    • Proficientin Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word)
    • Proficientin financial software (Xero)
    • Canwork independently
    • Analyticaland a keen eye for detail
    • Carefulwhen executing tasks and checksthoroughly
    • Excellenttime management and meets alldeadlines
