Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tourism Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our startup.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the tourism industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in the tourism sector.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our market presence and customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the tourism industry.
Analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead of industry developments and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Management ,Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualifications preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, destination knowledge on domestic , Europe and far-East tourism attractions.
At least 1 years in a leadership or management role, preferably in the tourism industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Deep understanding of the tourism industry, including market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
Willingness to travel as needed.
