Position: Sales Manager - Bengaluru/KA Region
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Job Description:
As the Sales Manager for the Bengaluru region, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the Hyderabad region.
Identifying and prospecting potential clients, including golf courses, resorts, educational institutions, and corporate campuses, to promote our range of electric vehicles.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, and distributors, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Leading and motivating a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive business growth and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
Knowledge of the Hyderabad market and existing network of contacts is desirable.
Passion for sustainability and electric mobility is a plus.
